ALLiN - Quit Gambling

You have been going all in on them for years. Their odds, their apps, their 2am. This is the app for going all in on you instead. WHAT YOU ACTUALLY DO HERE Commit for the day. Every morning you press and hold and commit to staying gambling free. Not forever. Today. Then again at night, before bed, when the evening is usually the hard part. Hit the panic button. When it gets loud you press the red button and your camera opens, so you are looking at yourself, at the person who made a promise this morning. Then it puts your why back in front of you, in your own words, and shows you what this one bet costs. Most urges do not survive being looked at. Watch it add up. Days add up, money adds up, and the app keeps count in the background while you get on with your life. SIXTEEN STONES, EARNED IN DAYS Your streak is a gemstone and it evolves as you do. Quartz is yours the day you start. Get through your first month and it becomes Emerald. Make it a full year and you hold the Prism, the one that carries every color in it. From day one a year sounds impossible. It is not. It is just today, chosen again a few hundred times. PUT SOMETHING BETWEEN YOU AND THE BET A filter for the whole phone, so gambling sites stop loading in every browser and inside other apps too. A Screen Time shield over the apps you pick. And the places that pull you in, saved on a map, so your phone says something supportive when you get close. None of it makes gambling impossible and we are not going to tell you it does. What it buys you is the few minutes an urge needs to pass. YOU ARE NOT DOING THIS ALONE Connect is a proper community, not a comment section. You show up as the name you choose. Nobody has a photo in here. People post the wins, the near misses and the nights they nearly went back, and somebody always answers, because somebody in here has already had that exact night. THE MATH THEY HOPE YOU NEVER READ Eleven kinds of gambling laid out with the real house edge on each and the facts the ads leave out. Then the lies the game gets you to tell yourself, pulled apart one at a time. I am due. This one is gonna hit. I only need one more to get level. WHEN THE URGE IS LOUD Short games built to eat exactly the minutes an urge needs to burn out. Reaction tests, memory runs, focus drills, all short enough to get you through the worst of it. IF YOU SLIP You tell the app and it starts the ring again with you. Your history stays. Your best streak stays. Every clean day you have ever had still happened, and nothing takes those off you. YOUR DATA Your streak, your journal and your numbers live on your phone. An account is optional and only adds cloud backup and the community. ALLiN is support, not medical treatment.
