In practice mode the app runs the class for you: timed poses, spoken cues in a natural voice, micro movements, and a clear view of what is coming next, so you can keep your focus on your flow instead of your notes. When you're teaching, switch to Teach mode, silence the VoiceOver cues, and use the on screen cue prompts and timer to run the class with you.
