HOW IT WORKS Connect Apple Health Bellwether reads what your iPhone and Apple Watch already collect: sleep, steps, activity, heart rate and more. Nothing new to wear, nothing new to remember. Invite your circle Send a link to a parent, a partner, a sibling, a friend. They choose to join, and sharing is mutual: they see the same view of you that you see of them. No one is watched without knowing. Wake up to the signal When a pattern shifts, like three short nights or a quiet week, Bellwether says so in a plain sentence instead of burying it in a chart. Reach out in one tap Every person in your circle has their own thread. Send a quick nudge or a check-in, and see their replies in one place.
