Kerby - Driving

Kerby is the diary for UK driving instructors. It keeps your week, your pupils and your money in one place, so the evening admin is done before you get home. YOUR WEEK - See the week at a glance and add a lesson in a couple of taps. - Kerby tells you what needs you: lessons still to mark off, and who owes you. - Directions to your next pickup, and your next lesson on CarPlay. YOUR PUPILS - Contact details, lessons, progress and test dates for every pupil. - Import pupils from Contacts or a spreadsheet. - Each pupil gets a private link to their own lessons and progress. They need no app and no account. REMINDERS - Email and text reminders go out before each lesson. Texts are included: 100 a month on Standard, 200 on Pro. - An evening summary of tomorrow's lessons comes to your own phone. TEACHING - Lesson plans and topic guides from the first drive to test day. - A whiteboard to draw a junction or a roundabout while you explain it. MONEY - Who owes what, marked paid by cash, bank transfer or card. - Card payments from pupils go straight to your own account. Kerby takes no commission. - Expenses, business mileage and an estimate for your HMRC tax year. KERBY PRO Everything in Standard, and: - Pupils ask for a slot from your page, and you accept or decline. - A card deposit is taken when you accept a slot. - Unpaid lessons are chased for you. - Your name and colours on your pupils' progress pages. - 200 text message parts a month instead of 100.
