About
Tobacor is a care tool for humidors. It walks you through the first setup, calibrates your hygrometer and reminds you about maintenance. Everything stays on your device. Not a cigar journal: no collection list, no ratings, no tasting notes. This app looks after the box, not what is inside it. CALIBRATE ONCE, THEN THE READINGS ARE RIGHT Analog hygrometers can be off by up to five points. The salt test tells you by how many. Enter the offset once: from then on the app applies it to every reading instead of you doing the arithmetic. You read 66, what gets saved is 71 — and that is shown before you save. SEASONING WITHOUT GUESSWORK Five steps from wiping out the inside to the humidifier in place — each with its target value, how long it takes and what comes next. Stop any time and pick up where you left off. Soaking the humidifier has its own timer: 10 to 15 minutes, not a second longer, or it bursts. THE APP NOTICES WHEN THE CURVE STALLS During seasoning the app reads along with your measurements. If the humidity is rising, you see it. If it stands still for three days, the app says so — and that it is usually the empty dish or a lid that does not seal, not a matter of waiting longer. THE MOST COMMON MISTAKE, PREVENTED The humidity drops, you re-soak immediately — but all that happened is the room got warmer. If you entered the temperature too, the app says: "4 points lower — but also 4 °C warmer." Before you correct something that needs no correcting. REMINDERS THAT DO NOT NAG Reading, humidifier, cleaning, hygrometer check: each in its own time, staggered so two are never due on the same day. Intervals and time of day are yours to set, and you can add your own tasks. HISTORY INSTEAD OF A SINGLE NUMBER Seven days up to a full year, plus how often you were in range and whether the value has been falling across several readings. That is the early warning for a humidifier running dry. ADVICE INSTEAD OF FORUM THREADS What to do when it is too humid? Too dry? Analog or digital? Do you still need the supplied humidifier next to a two-way pack? Short, clear answers plus four in-depth articles. All readable offline. FOR ANY HUMIDOR The app works with any humidor, no matter who made it. It sells nothing and links to no shop. NO ACCOUNT, NO CLOUD No sign-up, no ads, no analytics, no in-app purchases. The app never opens an internet connection on its own; your readings stay on your iPhone. The care advice comes from practice and does not replace the instructions from the maker of your humidor.Read more

CALIBRATE ONCE, THEN THE READINGS ARE RIGHT
Analog hygrometers can be off by up to five points. The salt test tells you by how many. Enter the offset once: from then on the app applies it to every reading instead of you doing the arithmetic. You read 66, what gets saved is 71 — and that is shown before you save.
SEASONING WITHOUT GUESSWORK
Five steps from wiping out the inside to the humidifier in place — each with its target value, how long it takes and what comes next. Stop any time and pick up where you left off. Soaking the humidifier has its own timer: 10 to 15 minutes, not a second longer, or it bursts.
THE APP NOTICES WHEN THE CURVE STALLS
During seasoning the app reads along with your measurements. If the humidity is rising, you see it. If it stands still for three days, the app says so — and that it is usually the empty dish or a lid that does not seal, not a matter of waiting longer.
THE MOST COMMON MISTAKE, PREVENTED
The humidity drops, you re-soak immediately — but all that happened is the room got warmer. If you entered the temperature too, the app says: "4 points lower — but also 4 °C warmer." Before you correct something that needs no correcting.
REMINDERS THAT DO NOT NAG
Reading, humidifier, cleaning, hygrometer check: each in its own time, staggered so two are never due on the same day. Intervals and time of day are yours to set, and you can add your own tasks.
HISTORY INSTEAD OF A SINGLE NUMBER
