About

Sound Master is ear training for beginners who can't read a note yet. Muzi the fox plays a short melody, you play it back, and the melody grows one note at a time. Nothing to read, no instructions to follow. Just listening. WHAT EACH LEVEL PRACTICES The sequence levels ask you to hold a melody in mind and play it back in the right order, one note longer each time. The sound pairs ask you to tell one sound from another and remember where you heard it. Each world has six levels, and the melody grows a note at a time, so the climb is gentle. HOW YOU PLAY - Sequence levels: listen to a growing melody and repeat it back - Sound pairs: flip the cards and match identical sounds - Free Play Room: a keyboard for inventing tunes - Sticker album: 16 stickers to collect, and stars on every level - 5 instruments: crystal xylophone, grand piano, cosmic synth, animal choir and drums FIVE MUSICAL WORLDS Xylophone Forest, Piano Temple, Synthwave City, Magical Animal Choir and Maestro Hall. Muzi leads the way along an illustrated journey map, more than 30 levels in all, each world with its own instrument and its own family of sounds. THREE THINGS WE BUILT ON PURPOSE Replay slows the music down. Tap it again and the melody plays slower still, up to three steps, so a player who is close but not quite there can hear the gaps instead of guessing at them. Every pad has its own color and its own shape. A player who is color-blind, or who simply prefers shapes, has a second way to tell the pads apart. Blind Ear mode turns the visual hints off, leaving nothing to go on but the sound. It introduces each sound on its own first, so you always know what you are listening for before the listening starts. FOR FAMILIES - No timers and no countdowns. The game waits for you. - No accounts and no sign-up. - No data collection. Progress stays on the device. - Works fully offline. - A parent gate, a simple arithmetic problem, guards the settings and the progress reset. - 6 languages: English, Hebrew, Arabic, Russian, Spanish and French, with right-to-left layout in Hebrew and Arabic. Designed for the whole family, on iPhone and iPad. Questions or feedback? Write to us at webhym@gmail.comRead more
