About
Your iPhone is full of photos and videos you already keep in the cloud. The problem is getting them off the phone without losing them — and without the cloud app leaving a permanent local copy behind, which defeats the point. J-PhotoTransfer moves photos and videos from your iPhone to your own Microsoft OneDrive, then lets you delete the originals. It has no server of its own. Files go straight from your device to Microsoft. Nobody else, including the developer, ever receives them. HOW IT WORKS 1. Connect your Microsoft account. Sign-in happens on Microsoft's own page in the system browser — the app never sees your password. 2. Browse your library. Filter photos or videos; sort by date, length, dimensions, file size, or your own notes. 3. Select what you want to move and tap Upload. 4. Choose the OneDrive folder for this batch, or create a new one. 5. Watch the transfer. When it finishes, delete the originals from the phone. REAL PROGRESS, NOT A SPINNER Every transfer shows how many megabytes have actually reached OneDrive and how fast, in MB/s. Uploads are sent in chunks, so a large video reports genuine progress the whole way up rather than sitting at 0% and then jumping to done. IT RESUMES A transfer interrupted by a dropped connection, a locked screen, or the app being closed picks up from the last completed chunk instead of starting the file again. A half-uploaded 4 GB video does not cost you 4 GB of data twice. TWO TRANSFER MODES • Staged (resumable) — writes the file to the app's own temporary space first, then uploads from there. Costs disk space while it runs, survives interruption. • Direct (no local copy) — streams straight from the photo library into the upload. Lightest on storage; an interrupted transfer restarts that file. Staged files are deleted the moment an upload succeeds. Anything left belongs to a transfer that failed, kept so it can resume — and you can clear it yourself at any time from the transfer screen. DELETING IS SAFE Deleted items go to the Photos app's own Recently Deleted album, where iOS keeps them recoverable for 30 days. The app cannot permanently erase anything. WATCH WHAT YOU SENT, WITHOUT DOWNLOADING IT Browse your OneDrive from inside the app and play videos straight from the cloud. Nothing is downloaded to the phone to watch it — that would undo the space you just reclaimed. A buffer indicator shows how far ahead the stream has loaded, and you can set how much to buffer before playback starts. Photos open instantly from a preview and sharpen to a screen-sized version, never the full original. BUILT FOR RECLAIMING SPACE • File sizes shown on every thumbnail, so you can see what is actually worth moving. • Sort by file size to find the biggest items first. • Items that live only in iCloud and not on the phone are marked, and can be skipped. • Wi-Fi-only is optional, not forced. If your mobile connection is faster, use it. • English and Chinese, switchable inside the app. WHAT YOU NEED A Microsoft account with OneDrive. Storage is whatever your OneDrive plan provides; this app does not sell storage and has no subscription. The transfer screen shows a single banner ad. There are no ads anywhere else in the app.Read more
Your iPhone is full of photos and videos you already keep in the cloud.
HOW IT WORKS
REAL PROGRESS, NOT A SPINNER
Every transfer shows how many megabytes have actually reached OneDrive and how fast, in MB/s. Uploads are sent in chunks, so a large video reports genuine progress the whole way up rather than sitting at 0% and then jumping to done.
IT RESUMES
A transfer interrupted by a dropped connection, a locked screen, or the app being closed picks up from the last completed chunk instead of starting the file again. A half-uploaded 4 GB video does not cost you 4 GB of data twice.
TWO TRANSFER MODES
• Staged (resumable) — writes the file to the app's own temporary space first, then uploads from there.
DELETING IS SAFE
Deleted items go to the Photos app's own Recently Deleted album, where iOS keeps them recoverable for 30 days. The app cannot permanently erase anything.
WATCH WHAT YOU SENT, WITHOUT DOWNLOADING IT
Browse your OneDrive from inside the app and play videos straight from the cloud.
