About
Farewell to Smoking helps you understand your habit, one cigarette at a time, and gives you the tools if you decide to cut back or quit for good. Tap "I just smoked" on Today to log a cigarette, and see how long it's been since your last one, your longest break so far, and, once you tell the app what a pack costs, the money you're saving. History keeps a full day-by-day record with a calendar heatmap. Add a cigarette you forgot to log, or delete a mistake, anytime. Insights turns your history into plain-language answers: how this week compares with last week, how you're doing against the numbers you started with, your busiest hours and days, the typical gap between cigarettes, and day-by-day and month-by-month totals. It also tracks nine health milestones counted from your last cigarette: pulse and blood pressure, carbon monoxide, nicotine clearance, circulation and lung function, and longer-term risk, and can send you a local reminder on your device the moment you reach one. In Settings, choose a light or dark appearance (or match your system), pick which day your week starts on, export a backup of your history, and delete it whenever you want. Your smoking history is stored only on your device. No account or sign-up needed. Farewell to Smoking is free to use, supported by a small banner ad, and works on iPhone and iPad. Insights is free for your first 15 visits; after that, unlock it for this session by watching a short ad, or unlock it for good with a one-time purchase. Restore a previous purchase anytime from Settings. Farewell to Smoking provides general information about smoking and quitting. It is not medical advice and does not diagnose or treat any condition. Talk to a doctor or another qualified health professional about quitting and about any health concerns.Read more
