About
The home exercise programme: chosen in the clinic, written by the physiotherapist, placed in the patient’s hands. Rehab PRO is the tool a physiotherapist opens between one session and the next. Choose the exercise, write the dose, hand over the card. No account, no waiting, no patient data to look after. A CATALOGUE MADE FOR BROWSING 405 illustrated exercises, each with a clear drawing that shows the movement and the area involved. Browse by region — Cervical, Thoracic, Lumbar, Shoulder, Elbow, Wrist and hand, Hip, Knee, Ankle and foot, Core, Balance, Functional, Respiratory — narrow the list with 65 mode filters (seated, on the floor, stretching, mobility, strengthening, proprioception…) or search by name. Every exercise comes with its own description of the movement, written in English so that the patient can read it — the app speaks the phone’s language, in 21 European languages. THE PHYSIOTHERAPIST WRITES THE DOSE No pre-filled numbers that nobody decided on. For each exercise, set repetitions, sets, hold, frequency, range and load: only the fields that patient needs, and nothing else. A limit can be added — “Stop when…” — along with a personal note. STANDARD VALUES, FOR THE WORK THAT REPEATS In Settings, fix the values used almost every time. Each new exercise starts with those values in pencil: recognisable at a glance and to be confirmed before handing over. Never a dose taken for granted, but never the same figure retyped twenty times a day either. THE PROGRAMME, IN ORDER The chosen exercises land in the tray and become an ordered programme: reorder with a tap, remove, undo. Before handing over, the app checks that nothing is missing and says exactly what is missing and where. THE HANDOVER: ONE CARD PER EXERCISE The programme becomes a clean PDF, one page per exercise, with illustration, description, dose, limit, note and the practice’s contact details. What the preview shows is exactly what the patient receives: the preview and the PDF are the same document, so they cannot diverge. Share it by message or email, or print it and hand it over in person. WORKS WITHOUT A CONNECTION Catalogue, illustrations and PDF generation all live on the phone. In the clinic, in the gym, on a home visit, in a basement with no signal: the app does not need Wi-Fi to work. NO PATIENT DATA Rehab PRO has no sign-up, no login, collects no data and tracks nothing. There is no patient archive because there is no patient to archive: compose, hand over, forget. The only things left on the phone are the programme in progress and the standard values the physiotherapist has chosen. DESIGNED FOR THE PHONE An interface in the phone’s language, never more than two screens deep, made to be used standing up and with one hand. Compatible with VoiceOver and large text sizes: every control has a name that can be read aloud. WHO IT IS FOR Physiotherapists, osteopaths, exercise therapists, sports science graduates, strength and conditioning coaches: anyone who hands out exercises to do at home and wants to do it with a card the patient truly understands. Rehab PRO does not replace clinical assessment. It puts it in writing. Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/Read more
