Open the app and your child’s current trip is easy to find, including its latest status, expected return time and most recent update from the trip team. Give consent without the paperwork. Answer clear questions, one at a time, in plain English. Your answers save as you go, and nothing is treated as submitted until the school’s system has confirmed it. Follow the day as it happens. Updates from the trip team appear in order, together with the time and any location information the team chooses to share. Choose the types of trip notification you want to receive. See photographs from the day, shared only with the parents of children on that trip. Message the trip team directly. Messages go to the team, never to a member of staff’s personal phone number. STAFF Keep everything for the trip in one place: your trips, pupils, itinerary, staff list and the emergency information you may need. Take registers without a signal. Whether you are in a museum basement or somewhere with no reception, marks are kept safely on the device and sent when a connection becomes available. The app clearly shows what has been sent and what is still waiting. Screens are designed to remain usable at the largest accessibility text sizes. There are no third-party trackers, advertising identifiers or analytics SDKs. School information is not shared with advertising or analytics companies. Sensitive information is protected on the device and is never written to application logs. Parents are invited by email, while staff sign in using their school Microsoft account. Requires iOS 17 or later. Works on iPhone and iPad.
