Upkeep for ADHD

Upkeep for ADHD is for the stuff that keeps a home and a week running: bins, laundry, the food shop, clearing out the fridge, a clean room. Not chores in a nagging sense. Just what the week actually needs. Only what's on today shows up. The rest stays out of sight until it's due, so you're never looking at a list of everything at once. Two ways to start: The basics, three things, that is it, for a week with very little in the tank. Or A full week, bins to Sunday reset, for when you want the whole picture covered. Add the widget to your Home Screen to see today's chore without opening the app. No account needed to start. Sign in with your email only if you want your week to sync across your phone, iPad or Mac.
