MazalPOS Staff

MazalPOS Staff is the phone app for people who work at beauty and spa stores that run on MazalPOS, a point-of-sale system. Your store gives you your account: a username and a 4-digit PIN, the same ones you use at the store's register. There is no sign-up in the app. FOR EMPLOYEES • Dashboard: your sales, commission, hours and estimated pay for today, this week, the current pay period or the month. Tap a sale to see the full receipt. • Bonuses: how close you are to your bonus goal, and the bonuses you've earned. • Schedule: your shifts on a month calendar, as soon as your manager publishes the week. • Requests: ask for a day off or a few hours off, and see when it's approved. • Account: update your name, phone, address and photo, change your PIN, or delete your account. FOR MANAGERS • Today: the day's sales at a glance. • Approvals: approve or decline a sale rung below its minimum price, wherever you are. • Schedule and Shifts: answer time-off requests and build the week's shifts. • Employees: add and edit employees, set up salary groups and bonuses, and send the team a short message. • Sales: look up receipts, change a receipt's items or payment, void it, or email it to the customer. • Reports: sales, payments, categories, products, staff hours, stock and profit and loss. • Catalog: add and edit products. NOTIFICATIONS Employees can be notified when the schedule is posted, before a shift, when a time-off request is answered, when a bonus is on or reached, and when a manager sends a message. Managers can be notified about approvals, time-off requests and sales. Employees see only their own sales and pay. The app has no ads and does not track you.
