Citizen Centric

Citizen Centric enables people to take part in research studies they have been invited to join. Research organisations can use Citizen Centric to understand people’s experiences, perspectives and priorities through a range of research activities. Depending on the study, participants may be invited to answer questions, keep research diary entries, rank priorities, provide photographs or files, record voice notes, or optionally add their current location to a response. Citizen Centric is designed to support richer forms of participation than conventional questionnaires, allowing researchers to understand not only what people think, but also the experiences and context behind their responses. Participation is invitation-only. There is no public account registration and an invitation from a participating research organisation is required to join a study. Features available within a study may include: • Qualitative research activities and diary entries • Structured questions, ratings and rankings • Photographs and supporting files • Voice notes • Optional location information • Draft responses and repeatable entries • Private communication with the research team • Study information, consent and withdrawal controls The activities available to each participant depend on the research study they have been invited to join.
