About
ProdRoster is a labour-planning tool for warehouse and distribution-centre team leaders. It doesn't just fill a shift calendar — it steers your roster towards a labour target as workload and staffing change, then shows you, day by day, whether the plan is working. WHAT IT DOES - Dynamic labour planning — build a roster where each operator meets their contract hours and productivity target, with penalty windows, overtime limits and break rules applied as you plan, and live over- or under-hours against what the workload needs. - Productivity, fortnight by fortnight — a paged chart of rostered hours against hours needed. Page back through history or forward into the plan, tap any day to drill in, and see each department's rate against its own target. - Tomorrow — confirm tomorrow's volumes and get a green/amber/red read per department, with suggested moves, stretches or trims to rebalance the day. It never proposes call-ins. - Forecasting you can hold to account — day, fortnight and month views, edit any day where it sits (public holidays are named, never zeroed for you), import your volume history from CSV, and read a measured accuracy verdict: the miss in operators, by horizon, backtested against your own history. It says "not enough history" as readily as "dependable". - A roster cycle that matches your site — set your period length, publishing target and minimum notice. The Dashboard tracks both deadlines, and each roster moves through Draft, Published, In progress and Completed. - History that holds up — every published roster is archived exactly as committed, with results against target, and both the roster and its results export as PDFs. - Workforce tools — a contract-mix guide for your permanent, part-time and casual mix, a headcount planner for the months ahead, and per-operator leave balances. Quick Start gets your first department rostered in minutes, and a demo warehouse is free to explore before you subscribe. WHO IT'S FOR Team leaders, shift supervisors and workforce planners in warehouses and distribution centres who own a roster and answer for its labour. WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT Most rostering apps count hours and stop there. ProdRoster keeps every operator on their contract and productivity target, paces the fortnight so a slow day can still be recovered, and measures its own forecast against your history instead of asking you to trust it. SET UP FROM YOUR AGREEMENT (OPTIONAL) If you like, ProdRoster can scan your enterprise agreement or award (PDF or text) on your device and suggest starting rules — minimum shifts, overtime, breaks, loadings, roster notice. It's simple on-device pattern matching: nothing is uploaded, and no rule applies until you confirm it. Manual setup is just as capable. PRIVACY Your rosters, people, volumes and settings stay on your device — no accounts, no sign-in. ProdRoster collects anonymous feature-usage analytics (which features are used — never your rosters, volumes, rates or names), and you can switch this off in Settings → Privacy & permissions. No ads, no third-party trackers. AUSTRALIAN-MADE Built in Australia for Australian warehouses and distribution centres, with local public holidays and award/EA support. SUBSCRIPTION Browse the demo warehouse free. Setting up your own warehouse needs a subscription: 30-day free trial, then AUD $20.00/month. Payment is charged to your Apple account; the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
