About
Three kinds of people use this app: someone losing weight, someone who trains and wants it written down, someone who just wants to keep an eye on things. It reads from Apple Health and gives you the ability to create your own dashboard. Fully yours, fully customisable. LOGGING A MEAL • Write it down, use our search or point the camera at a barcode and the numbers come straight off the packet • Give the plate a name and the same breakfast goes in with one tap tomorrow • In the shop, scan a packet and it says whether it fits what you watch — fat, sugar, salt, an allergen, vegan • Calories, carbs, protein, fat and water, and a ring showing how the day is made up • Set your own targets and track them IF YOU ARE TRYING TO LOSE WEIGHT • Set the weight you are heading for and watch the gap close • Measured on a seven-day average, so one heavy morning on the scales doen't distract from the real progress • Track what you ate against what you burned — under, over or level • A home widget for what is left of a calorie target you set IF YOU TRAIN • Every set and every weight, written down as you go. • Track your walks, runs or bike rides. Not everyone trains the same way, you don't need a gym to keep track of things • After training track your heart rate, in five zones set from your own maximum. • A run draws its route as you go, with your pace, your last kilometre, and all the times you had to stop to breathe. All logged, all visual. • Every Sunday night, a recap of the week: hours trained, weight moved, and every exercise you touched IF YOU ARE JUST KEEPING AN EYE ON IT • Your weight on a seven-day average, so what you see is the trend and not the noise • Resting heart rate, HRV and blood pressure, over a week or over a month • Set yourself something that starts fresh each day — steps, water, protein, calories — as a ring you either close or you do not • Anything else you'd like, just build your dashboard the way you want it FIND OUT WHY YOU ARE TIRED • Your night as a shape: the light, deep and dreaming, in the order they happened • Time actually asleep, kept separate from time in bed — most people are surprised by the gap • How your heart rate and breathing settled overnight SOMETHING TO COME BACK FOR • Friendly competitions every week — Compete against your friends • A map that collects every city you have ever run or walked in • A home screen you arrange yourself, that opens each morning on a sentence about what matters today — in the voice you pick, from plain to blunt FULLY CUSTOMISABLE • Any metric your sources report can be a tile. Pick its layout, its window and its size: a full card, half a row, or one line • Drag them into the order you think in. No two are alike --- A heart rate monitor is optional. Competitions use Game Center. Food figures come from Open Food Facts. Terms of Use: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/Read more
