CrewNote – Private People Log

"Wait — what did they do well last month?" If you look after people, you know this moment. CrewNote is a private notebook for team leads, teachers, instructors, coaches, club organizers, small-business owners, and squad leaders — a place to jot down what happens with your people, the moment it happens. ■ An entry takes 5 seconds Someone came in late? Tap [Late]. Did great work? Tap [High]. Add a detailed memo only when you want to. ■ You decide what to track Attendance, attitude, good work, teamwork — use the built-in template, or create your own categories and points from scratch. Offense/defense scores for your soccer team, training reviews, homework, dues — give each category a weight (%) and the overall score calculates itself. ■ Not just people — a private scorebook for anything Rate the restaurants only you know by taste, price, and whether you'd go back. Score the places you have traveled by scenery and cost. Group them by neighborhood and you have your own "Downtown favorites" or "Best weekend trips" — not public star ratings, just your own standards, for your eyes only. ■ Charts build themselves Your entries automatically turn into charts. See who is doing well this month and how each person has changed, month by month. ■ Nobody else can see it - No sign-up, no server — every record stays on your phone - No one, including the developer, can read your notes - Auto-locks when you leave the app or stop using it (timing adjustable) - Double protection: passcode plus fingerprint/face unlock ■ Dark mode for late nights Choose light or dark in Settings. ■ Safe when you switch phones Export and import backup files. Entries also export as CSV (opens in Excel) and PDF reports.
