Sidekick for WooCommerce

A customer asks about their order. Sidekick gets you the answer before you've finished switching tabs to wp-admin. Sidekick is built for the seconds between a customer asking and you answering. Look it up, read it out, move on. Sidekick connects to your WooCommerce store with a key you generate yourself - no plugin, no Jetpack, no third-party relay. In seconds you can look up any order by number, find a customer by name or email, and see everything still open in your store right now. ANSWERS IN SECONDS, FREE FOREVER - Order Lookup: full order detail - status, items, shipping, tracking, and notes - from just the order number. - Person Lookup: find a customer by name or email, and see their whole order history in one place. - Open Orders: everything processing, on hold, or awaiting payment - live, the moment you open the app. - Home Sales Snapshot: today vs. yesterday, this week vs. last week - honest math, not flattering math. - A home screen widget with your live open-order counts. - Face ID or Touch ID lock, because customer data deserves it. Single-store lookup is free, permanently - the real app, not a trial. Answer every "where is my order?" call without opening wp-admin. PREMIUM ADDS THE OTHER HALF - Submissions: read what customers sent through your Gravity Forms, right next to the order they sent it about. - Running more than one store? Connect all of them, and switch between them from one app. - Choose which store each home screen widget follows. - More to come - tell us what to build next, right from the app. YOU CONTROL WHAT SIDEKICK CAN TOUCH Sidekick's default connection is read-only - it can never change anything in your store, full stop. Anything beyond that is opt-in, on your terms: more access only when you decide to allow it, never assumed for you. Two ways in: approve Sidekick from your own store in one tap, or have your admin generate the keys and hand them to you. Either way the keys stay in your device's keychain, and follow you to your other Apple devices automatically - set up once, and it is ready wherever you sign in next.
