About

Your Show is the training log that shows you the body, not just the numbers. The bar tells you what you lifted. The mirror tells you what it built. Most training apps track the first and ignore the second. Your Show holds both, and the daily cost is small: one mirror selfie, one logged session. Load and reps, two numbers per set, pre-filled from your last session, so most days logging is just confirming. Sixty days later you own the whole block: what you lifted, next to what it built. ONE SELFIE, ONE SESSION That is the whole day. Take one photo, same spot, same pose, and it becomes one frame of sixty. Then train, and write down what you lifted. The app keeps everything else out of your way. A LOG THAT REMEMBERS Open a lift and your last session is already there: same loads, same reps, ready to accept or adjust. Cleared every rep last time? It will suggest the next small jump and leave the decision to you. Logging a set takes seconds, which is the only way a log survives sixty days. PRS ON THE TOP SET A PR here is your top set: the heaviest load you have put on that lift, best reps breaking ties. No estimated one rep max, no formulas. Just the number you would tell a training partner. Under each lift, a progression line shows where the load went across the block, stalls included. THE GRID KEEPS THE SCORE Sixty cells, one per day. Finish the day and your cell unlocks in color. Miss a day and it stays grey, permanently. Harsh, and honest: at any moment the grid is exactly what you did, nothing more. SESSIONS THAT RUN THEMSELVES Each session is guided: the next set queued, a rest clock running, pause and skip when you need them. You never stand between sets deciding what comes next. DAY 60, PRESS PLAY The sixty frames become a short film: same spot, same pose, sixty days apart. The numbers went up. So did you. WHAT YOU KEEP - every set of the block, load and reps - a progression line for every lift, PRs flagged on the top set - sixty of your own photos in one grid, gaps included - a film at day 60, built from your frames, yours to keep You were going to do the work anyway. This time, keep the proof. - - - Your Show is free to download. A subscription unlocks the full 60-day experience: 7-day free trial, then $39.99 per year or $9.99 per month. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
