About

POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome) is frequently missed. Not because it is rare, but because the one thing that confirms it, a heart rate that jumps when you stand, almost never shows up during a single doctor's visit. By the time you're sitting in the exam room, your heart rate has usually settled back down. This app was built by a practicing preventive cardiologist to close that gap. It walks you through the same structured stand test used in clinical guidelines: lie down, rest, stand, and track your heart rate at fixed intervals, either by tapping it in manually or continuously through Apple Watch. Every test builds a record you actually own. What you get: - The full guided stand test, on iPhone alone or paired with Apple Watch - Your complete test history, not just the last few - Your full trend over time, not a single reading - A doctor-ready PDF report you can share or print before any appointment - Plain-language guides to the diagnostic criteria, so you know what your doctor is looking for Lifetime adds: - Gentle reminders to retest every few weeks, so your trend stays current - Observational pattern insights across your tests and symptoms This app does not diagnose POTS or any other condition. It measures and organizes your heart rate response to standing so you can bring an objective, structured record to the person who can: your doctor. Nothing here replaces a medical evaluation.
