About
SPHERE HEALTH is a virtual care platform built for women. We connect you with board-certified OB-GYNs who review your health history, order the right lab work, and build a care plan around your body and your goals. We focus on the conditions women are too often told to just live with: PMOS (formerly PCOS), endometriosis for patients with an existing diagnosis, metabolic health, and perimenopause. HOW IT WORKS Start with a clinical assessment about your symptoms, history, and goals. Based on your answers, your care begins with lab work: the right hormone and metabolic biomarkers for your situation, not the biggest panel. Labs establish your clinical baseline and inform your OB-GYN's judgment. A board-certified OB-GYN reviews your results and your history together, then shares a clear, personalized Biomarker Panel report that explains what your results mean and what comes next. If ongoing care is right for you, your OB-GYN builds a plan that can include prescription treatment, lifestyle guidance, and regular follow-up. All clinical decisions and prescriptions come from your treating physician. Care is delivered virtually and primarily asynchronously, so you can message, review results, and move your care forward on your schedule. WHAT'S INCLUDED Clarity: A one-time lab and review experience. Curated lab work, physician review, and your personal Biomarker Panel report. Continuum: Ongoing membership with monthly OB-GYN visits, lab work at the start of care and at your annual review, and continuous access to your care team. Constant: Our orchestrated premier membership, with monthly OB-GYN visits, lab work every six months, and at-home blood draws included.Read more
