About

BoxFlow runs your shadow boxing rounds, paces your breathing in the rest, and gives you one thing to work on. Built for beginners who shadow box at home. Unlike boxing apps that claim to watch your form, it has no camera and no sensors, and it never watches you train. It counts what it called and records what you told it — and it says which is which on every screen. THE ROUND BoxFlow calls the tempo and the combinations, so it knows exactly how many punches it asked for. Work and rest are timed against the plan, and the bell is a full-screen colour change you cannot miss. THE SIXTH BREATH A one-minute rest paced at six breaths a minute is exactly six breaths. BoxFlow paces them, you tap the ring at the end of each exhale, and every confirmed breath prints a mark on the ring. Six a minute beat both box breathing and free breathing on heart rate and perceived effort in a randomised trial of exactly this rest interval. ONE CUE, CHOSEN BY YOU Coaches at a national championship averaged eight instructions a round. You get one, you pick it from three, and it is phrased as something to do out in the world rather than something to think about inside your body — the phrasing that measurably improves punch speed and force. THE LADDER Six rungs of round structure. You move up when your last three sessions say you are ready, not when the calendar says so. TECHNIQUE, WITH ITS SOURCE SHOWN Teaching points and common mistakes taken from the international amateur boxing coaching manual, plus a plain answer to the claims this sport repeats — box breathing, 10,000 hours, 300 reps a day, and apps that say they can measure your form. FREE, FOREVER The whole training loop: unlimited rounds, every ladder rung, the breath pacer, the daily cue, the full technique library, your streak, and your last 14 sessions. The timer is never paywalled. BOXFLOW PRO (optional subscription) Unlimited history, the breath and cue trends, effort-versus-output insights, unlimited custom combinations, and CSV export of your own log. - Monthly or annual, with a 7-day free trial - Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation; auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel in Settings BoxFlow is training practice, not medical advice.
