About
Moodi is a journal for how you actually feel. Open it, and a wheel of twelve feelings is waiting. Pick one. Narrow it to the word that fits. Tap where you felt it — chest, throat, jaw, stomach. Add a line about what was going on, if you want to. That's a moment. It takes about twenty seconds. Do it for a couple of weeks and something quietly useful appears. Before and after Something coming up that matters? Log what you expect to feel. Afterwards, log what you did. The two rarely match. The shape of that gap is yours, and nobody ever shows it to you. Memory, checked Now and then, Moodi asks how a past day felt. Then it shows you what you wrote at the time. Memory edits as it goes. This is a way to watch it happen. Your patterns Which feelings come up most. How your mood moves across a week. What tends to set things off. Where each feeling sits in your body. Yours alone No account. No sign-up. No server. Everything stays on your iPhone, protected by your iPhone. Export a PDF whenever you like, or erase all of it in two taps. Free, and free to stay The wheel, the body map, your timeline, before and after, the memory check — all free, always. Premium adds the deeper patterns and PDF export, with seven days to try it. Moodi isn't therapy, and it won't tell you what your feelings mean. It asks better questions and gets out of the way. If you're having a hard time, please talk to someone real.
