Assayloom: Run Designer

Plan a 96-well qPCR plate before preparing your research run. Assayloom brings well assignments, replicate requirements, control checks, and reagent calculations into one local workspace. Assign sample labels, targets, and roles on the plate grid. Preflight checks coordinate collisions, missing required controls, replicate shortfalls, and invalid or overfilled reagent volumes. Adjust reaction volume and overage to recalculate the master-mix worksheet, and add, edit, or remove mix components. Review a five-step generated bench checklist derived from the current plan. Capture revision records with fingerprints that reflect the plate, reagent mix, and policy settings. Export a JSON run packet containing the current plan, findings, and revision records using the system share sheet. A sample plate is included to explore the workflow. Plans and revision records are saved on your device. No account, developer-operated backend, or analytics is required. Assayloom is for research workflow planning.
