Massweft: mzML Explorer

Massweft turns an iPhone or iPad into a focused mzML evidence bench. Import a run from Files, inspect what was actually decoded, and preserve a clear provenance trail without uploading laboratory data or creating an account. READ THE RUN - Keep a local library of imported mzML files. - Review file SHA-256, mzML version, declared and parsed spectrum counts, MS levels, polarity, representation, scan times, and parser notices. - Decode supported 32-bit and 64-bit floating-point arrays, including uncompressed and zlib-compressed content. TRACE THE SIGNAL - Inspect total ion current from declared TIC values or decoded intensity sums. - Build an extracted-ion trace from decoded MS1 values with an adjustable target m/z and symmetric ppm window. - Review timed-scan count, integrated area, and peak signal with the calculation visible on device. INSPECT THE EVIDENCE - Open individual spectra and inspect their decoded m/z and intensity values. - Search retained PSI-MS controlled-vocabulary accessions, values, units, and source scope. - Compare factual acquisition and decode-coverage differences between two runs. HAND OFF THE WORK - Export a readable evidence PDF. - Export a machine-readable run manifest as JSON. - Export scan-level evidence as CSV. Massweft is transparent about its limits. It does not perform compound identification, peak picking, calibration, quantitative validation, or complete PSI schema/semantic validation. Unsupported encodings remain visible as parser notices rather than being presented as decoded data. Everything runs locally. There is no account, advertising, analytics SDK, subscription, external purchase, or developer-operated service. Imported runs and generated work stay on the device unless you explicitly export them with an Apple share sheet.
