About
Your training plan, your watch, and every run you have ever done, in one place, with nothing sent to a server. Gradial builds a real training plan from your current fitness and your goal time, paces every session off your own VDOT, and sends the whole thing to your Apple Watch. Then it reads your runs back from Apple Health and shows you, rep by rep, what actually happened. A plan that fits your race 5K to marathon, with the weeks, the phases and the taper worked out from your goal and your starting point rather than a template. Sessions on your wrist Structured intervals sync straight to Apple Watch with pace targets on the work. Completed runs land back in Apple Health. Every rep against target A bar per interval with its target band behind it, so a session you executed and a session you survived do not look the same. The week you actually ran An execution score per session, distance against what was asked for, and where your heart rate went, so you can see whether your easy days stayed easy. Race predictions that do not panic Times are read from the fitness Apple Health measured at the time, so one easy month does not read as lost form. Where the model is running on thin evidence, the app says so instead of showing a confident number. Your fitness, in context VO2max placed against the published norms for your age and sex, training load against what your body is used to, and your best time at every standard distance. Running dynamics, explained Cadence, ground contact, vertical oscillation and vertical ratio, each banded against published percentiles with a plain explanation of what good looks like. Your whole history Every run Apple Health has, mapped, with splits, pace and heart rate. No account. No subscription. No network code at all. Gradial has no sign-in and no server. Your health data is read from Apple Health on your device and never leaves it. Deleting the app deletes everything. Built for runners who want to understand their training, not just log it.Read more
Your training plan, your watch, and every run you have ever done, in one place, with nothing sent to a server.
Gradial builds a real training plan from your current fitness and your goal time, paces every session off your own VDOT, and sends the whole thing to your Apple Watch. Then it reads your runs back from Apple Health and shows you, rep by rep, what actually happened.
A plan that fits your race
5K to marathon, with the weeks, the phases and the taper worked out from your goal and your starting point rather than a template.
Sessions on your wrist
Structured intervals sync straight to Apple Watch with pace targets on the work. Completed runs land back in Apple Health.
Every rep against target
A bar per interval with its target band behind it, so a session you executed and a session you survived do not look the same.
The week you actually ran
An execution score per session, distance against what was asked for, and where your heart rate went, so you can see whether your easy days stayed easy.
Race predictions that do not panic
Times are read from the fitness Apple Health measured at the time, so one easy month does not read as lost form. Where the model is running on thin evidence, the app says so instead of showing a confident number.
Your fitness, in context
VO2max placed against the published norms for your age and sex, training load against what your body is used to, and your best time at every standard distance.
Running dynamics, explained
Cadence, ground contact, vertical oscillation and vertical ratio, each banded against published percentiles with a plain explanation of what good looks like.
Your whole history
Every run Apple Health has, mapped, with splits, pace and heart rate.
No account. No subscription. No network code at all.
Gradial has no sign-in and no server. Your health data is read from Apple Health on your device and never leaves it. Deleting the app deletes everything.
Built for runners who want to understand their training, not just log it.
