About

Iqro teaches the Qur'an to people who cannot yet read the Arabic script. Every ayah is recited word by word. The word being spoken lights up as you hear it, and the meaning in your own language sits directly underneath — so you follow the sound and the sense at the same time. Nothing assumes you already know the letters. LISTEN • Word-synced recitation by Mishary Alafasy, with real per-word timings for all 114 surahs • Repeat a single ayah, or a range, as many times as you need • Slow the recitation down while you are learning, full speed when you are ready • Download surahs and listen offline; playback keeps going when the screen locks READ • The full Uthmani text, with translation and transliteration under every ayah • Uzbek, English and Russian • Set the Arabic type size to what you can actually read; light and dark MEMORIZE • Track what you have memorized, ayah by ayah • Review sessions built from the ayahs you are least sure of • A streak that counts real reading TAJWEED • Drills for the sounds Uzbek has no equivalent for • Record yourself and compare your pronunciation with the reciter's • Every rule shown inside a real ayah rather than in isolation PRAYER • Prayer times calculated for where you are • Qibla direction, including a camera view that places the marker on the wall in front of you • Each prayer step by step, with the postures drawn ALSO • Zikr collections organised by intention, counted as you go • Sahih al-Bukhari and Sahih Muslim, searchable, in Arabic with an English translation • Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, and a verse on your Lock Screen each day Nothing here needs an account. Reading, listening, prayer times, qibla, zikr and hadith all work on a fresh install, and what you bookmark or memorize is kept on your own device.Read more
