About
Lockout helps you break the habit with real consequences. Choose the apps that steal your time. The moment you slip, tap "I slipped" — and they're locked for 24 hours. The only way back in early is on your feet: set a step goal, go for a walk, and earn your apps back. No streaks to game, no gentle reminders to ignore. Just you, a locked phone, and a walk. Lockout Plus adds five verdicts from your own history — see what your past self would say. Lockout Plus (Weekly) renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings. The watch now writes its own receipts: every hour it catches you on is logged, and the record shows what it cost. Standing orders are set on the same ring as your wake time, and the record can draw one for you across your danger window. Every term is set by hand on a ladder. A workout break now scales with the session. On the paywall you can try the ring before you buy. The fitness sheet shows where your steps came from.
