About
SpectrumTrack is a log for parents of autistic children — episodes, medications and the ordinary things that were true all day — and a plain-English read of what your own log has been showing you. THE 20-SECOND LOG Three taps during the worst ten minutes of the week: what it was, how big it felt, and what came just before. Everything else is optional, and the sheet remembers what you usually pick. WHY TODAY? For each day-level factor you record — a short night measured against your child's own median, broken sleep, feeling unwell, appetite off, a change in routine, a new food, a big transition, a missed dose, a medication changed recently, a non-school day — SpectrumTrack compares how often days turned harder when that factor was there against how often they turned harder when it wasn't. It shows you the four raw counts every time, and it says nothing at all until there is enough of your log to say it honestly. MEDICATIONS, AS PRESCRIBED Your list, the schedule and one tap to record a dose given, given late, missed or refused, with adherence over 14 and 30 days. Dosages are stored exactly as you type them off the label — SpectrumTrack never interprets, calculates or recommends a dose. WHAT HELPED The median time to settle for each thing you try, measured against your child's own overall median, so you can see which of your strategies actually shortens a hard episode. THE VISIT REPORT One page in the order a clinician asks for it — rate, intensity, the top factors with their counts, adherence, sleep, and the questions you meant to ask. Ten minutes in an appointment becomes a conversation. HONEST BY DESIGN No score is ever computed for your child. Associations are reported as associations, never as causes, and always with the numbers behind them. The logging streak counts the weeks you showed up — never "days without an episode" — so a hard day can never break it. Crisis and Poison Control numbers are one tap away and are never behind a paywall or a sign-in. FREE, ALWAYS Unlimited episodes and day cards, every medication and reminder, Why Today? with the top factors, what came just before, the hardest hour, the top thing that helped, your care team and questions, the Steady Kit, the safety numbers, and a spreadsheet export of everything you have ever logged. SPECTRUMTRACK PRO (optional subscription) - Every factor on the Signal Board, with the full evidence behind each one - The weekday x hour map of when episodes actually happen - The full "what helped" ranking and the function view - The medication watch window: your own episode rate either side of a change - The formatted visit report, saved report history, and more than one child - $7.99 per month or $54.99 per year, after a 7-day free trial - Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel any time in your App Store account settings. SpectrumTrack is a personal record-keeping tool. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose, and it is not a substitute for advice from your child's doctor or care team. THE 20-SECOND LOG
Three taps during the worst ten minutes of the week: what it was, how big it felt, and what came just before.
MEDICATIONS, AS PRESCRIBED
Your list, the schedule and one tap to record a dose given, given late, missed or refused, with adherence over 14 and 30 days. Dosages are stored exactly as you type them off the label — SpectrumTrack never interprets, calculates or recommends a dose.
WHAT HELPED
The median time to settle for each thing you try, measured against your child's own overall median, so you can see which of your strategies actually shortens a hard episode.
THE VISIT REPORT
One page in the order a clinician asks for it — rate, intensity, the top factors with their counts, adherence, sleep, and the questions you meant to ask. Ten minutes in an appointment becomes a conversation.
