About
Somewhere in your house is the sheet of paper: the feeding scoops, the bin night, the alarm code crossed out twice. Latchkey is that sheet, done properly. Write your house down once — the routines, the animals, how the place actually works, in your own words. When you go away, invite your sitter. They get everything they need on their phone, for exactly the days of the sit, and it all leaves their devices when the sit ends. FOR YOU • The House Book: how the house works, written once, kept forever • Every animal with its routine, photos, and the vet answer decided ahead — "yes, up to $500, then ring us" beats a panicked phone call • Yes / Ask first / No: the awkward questions answered before they're asked — the car, the pool, visitors, the good towels • Codes and keys shared only while the sit runs — and you can see when they've been looked at • The fridge sheet: the day at a glance in large type, printed or PDF • The emergency card for the neighbour with a key — never your codes FOR YOUR SITTER • Their day, as you'd run it: morning, evening, last thing at night • The why on every routine — the reason is what makes it stick • House rules agreed before they're in, not discovered after • Works on iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch — ticks sync back to you Your House Book is free, forever — every routine, photo and secret, on all your devices. Pay once to bring a sitter in; yours for good, and it covers your whole family through Family Sharing. Sitters never pay. No accounts. No ads. No tracking. Your data lives in your own iCloud — we can't see it.Read more
