StomaWise is a private, local-first food and symptom journal built for life with an ileostomy, colostomy, or urostomy. Record meals, hydration, output, symptoms, and context in seconds. A few hours after a meal, a linked check-in asks how things actually went, so your history stays honest — independent observations stay separate from meals, and missing follow-ups are shown as unknown rather than guessed. YOUR PERSONAL FOOD MAP Over time, StomaWise organizes your own recorded evidence food by food, with counts, context, and uncertainty made explicit. StomaWise records what you observed; it does not provide medical advice, diagnose symptoms, or rate foods as safe or unsafe. VISIT SUMMARY A 30-day summary gathers recorded totals, follow-up completeness, and outcome lanes you can share as plain text — useful preparation for appointments. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • No account and no sign-in; the core app works fully offline • Your health history stays on your iPhone • Encrypted, password-protected backups that only you can open • Readable CSV export and complete local deletion, any time • Camera, photos, and notifications are requested only if you choose those features RECIPES THAT REMEMBER Save personal meal templates, reuse them in one tap, and see the outcome history of every meal made from a template. StomaWise Plus can also suggest recipes built from your own recorded evidence, generated entirely on your device — never sent anywhere. STOMAWISE PLUS (optional) An auto-renewing subscription unlocks expanded reports, including the PDF visit summary, and on-device recipe suggestions built from your own recorded evidence. Manual logging, the 30-day summary, basic Food Map evidence, CSV export, encrypted backup, and local deletion remain free. Billing is handled by Apple; subscriptions can be managed or cancelled in your App Store account settings. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of that period.
