First Rep: Progress Photos

First Rep is a private visual fitness journal for the days when getting started is the hardest part. Record progress photos, let a local reminder bring you back, and see changes that are easy to miss from one workout to the next. ALL PHOTOS, ONE CLEAR JOURNEY Browse every check-in in a newest-first two-column gallery. Open any photo full screen, move between dates, save or share a copy through the iOS share sheet, or delete an individual photo. Nothing is shared automatically. BODY DATA WHEN YOU WANT IT After saving a photo, you can optionally enter height and weight or skip until next time. Linked photos show height, weight, and a locally calculated BMI. The same encrypted measurements create private Weight and BMI trend charts. You can also add or delete a measurement manually. First Rep does not use HealthKit and the camera does not estimate body data. BMI is a general reference, not a medical diagnosis. COMPARE ANY TWO DATES Choose any two photos and drag the aligned before-and-after slider to reveal long-term change, then export a private comparison only when you choose. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT Photos and body measurements are encrypted on this iPhone. First Rep has no account, backend photo storage, social feed, analytics, ads, or automatic upload.
