ACW Contractions is an accessible pregnancy and baby-care tracker designed to help families record important moments clearly and share them with people they trust. LOCAL TRACKING WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT Start using the app without creating an account. Your care history is stored on your device unless you choose to use Journey. CONTRACTIONS Time contractions with one large Start and Stop button. Review duration, frequency, rest time, intensity, notes, and complete history. Edit incorrect times and export records as a PDF. FEEDING Record nursing, pumping, and bottle feeding. Track nursing sides, session duration, pumped amounts, bottle amounts, contents, and notes. DIAPERS Log wet, poop, or both, including amounts, consistency, notes, timestamps, daily totals, and time between changes. KICKS Run kick-counting sessions with goals, reminders, editable history, and optional Motion Assist. Motion Assist suggests possible movement for you to review and never automatically confirms a kick. MORE CARE TOOLS Track sleep sessions and potty breaks, keep timestamped notes, review a daily care timeline, and see a countdown to the expected due date. OPTIONAL JOURNEY SHARING Journey lets the owner privately share selected records with approved family members or caregivers across supported devices. Owners control invitations and permissions. Journey includes cloud synchronization, account recovery options, and optional activity notifications. Journey requires an auto-renewable monthly subscription on iOS. Payment is charged through your Apple Account. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled through Apple’s subscription settings. Restore Purchases is available inside the app. APPLE WATCH COMPANION Start and stop contraction timing from a paired Apple Watch and view the due-date countdown. ACCESSIBILITY ACW Contractions was created with accessibility at its foundation and is designed for use with VoiceOver, clear labels, predictable navigation, and accessible controls.
