About

Skin Trace helps you find what's setting off your skin. Most people with eczema, psoriasis, rosacea or acne know their skin reacts to something — they just can't work out what. Triggers often show up days after exposure, which makes them almost impossible to identify by memory alone. HOW IT WORKS Log your skin each day in under a minute. Rate your symptoms, note what you ate, what you used on your skin, how you slept and how stressed you were. Add photos to track visible change over time. Skin Trace then looks across your history for connections between what you logged and how your skin behaved afterwards — including delayed reactions you'd never link up yourself. WHAT YOU CAN TRACK - Daily symptom and flare severity - Foods, supplements and medications - Skincare, laundry and household products, by barcode scan or by name - Sleep quality and stress - Photos, stored privately SHARE WITH YOUR CLINICIAN Generate a secure, revocable link so your dermatologist or GP can see your history during an appointment — no more trying to remember six weeks of flares on the spot. PREMIUM Weekly, monthly and yearly plans unlock pattern analysis and full history. A 7-day free trial is available on the yearly plan. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings. Terms of use: https://skintrace.com.au/terms.html Privacy policy: https://skintrace.com.au/privacy.html Skin Trace is a tracking and journalling tool. It does not diagnose, treat or cure any condition, and is not a substitute for medical advice.Read more
