About
A booking page clients book from, quotes they sign and pay on their phone, and the cost behind every dish. Photograph a menu and CaterKit turns it into costed recipes, a branded quote, and the shopping, prep and pack lists for event day. Quote catering jobs in minutes, not evenings. Built for independent caterers who price jobs from a phone, between jobs. ONE QUOTE CARRIES THE WHOLE EVENT The quote's costs, the document your client signs, the deposit and the event-day lists all come from the same quote. Nothing is retyped into a second place, and nothing goes out with a number you did not set. YOUR OWN BOOKING PAGE Every CaterKit account comes with a public booking page: your menu with photos and prices, your dietary tags, your reviews, and an estimate your clients build themselves. Share the link on Instagram, put it in your bio, print it on a card. Switch on instant booking and a request that fits your rules books itself, deposit and all; everything else lands as a draft you approve. No website needed. WHAT YOU GET • Menu import — photograph or paste a menu and it comes back as draft recipes. You review every draft before it counts for anything. • Live costing — per-portion cost and margin move as you build the quote, so you never guess a price. • Branded quotes (Solo and up) — send a link your client opens, reads and signs on their phone. You are told when it is viewed and when it is accepted. • Deposits on the same page (Solo and up) — your client pays the deposit by card or bank right where they signed, and it settles into your own Stripe account. • Your own booking page — public from day one on every plan, with instant booking on Pro and up. • Lists that build themselves — shopping, prep and pack lists straight from the quote, working offline in the kitchen. • Follow-ups that go out for you (Solo and up) — quiet, automatic, and switched off with one tap on any quote you would rather chase yourself. • Event profit and loss (Pro and up) — what you quoted against what the event actually cost, with supplier receipts photographed and filed against the event. • Reports (Pro and up) — your revenue and costs export as an accountant-ready CSV. • Seats for your crew (Team) — they see day-of lists, never your margins. HOW IT WORKS 1. Photograph your menu, or paste it in. 2. Review the drafts and set your prices. 3. Send the quote. Your client signs it and pays the deposit on their phone. 4. Run event day from the lists. WHO USES CATERKIT Independent caterers and small catering companies. Private and personal chefs. Wedding catering, corporate catering, drop-off and buffet catering. BBQ, taco and food-truck operators who also cater events. Anyone who quotes food by the head and wants the margin on the screen while they do it. WORKS WHERE YOU WORK Phone in the kitchen, laptop at the desk, the same event on both. Lists check off with no signal and sync when you are back. PLANS Free: two new events a month and 15 recipes, always, with no card to start. Solo adds the client link with e-signature and deposits, automatic follow-ups and your own branding. Pro adds event profit and loss with receipt scanning, reports and instant booking. Team adds seats for your crew. Solo, Pro and Team are subscriptions bought in the app with In-App Purchase (monthly, or yearly where offered); a subscription bought on caterkit.app works in the app too. Your data exports any time, and nothing is deleted if you downgrade. Questions: help@caterkit.app Terms of Use: https://caterkit.app/terms Privacy Policy: https://caterkit.app/privacyRead more
