About
Photograph a business card. Say what happened. MeetPA does the rest. By the time you reach the next meeting, you have a complete record: who you met, what their company does, why they matter to your business, the key points, the opportunity, and your action items. HOW IT WORKS 1. Snap — photograph whatever they hand you. Card front and back, a badge, a QR code. Several people in one meeting? Snap them all. 2. Talk — press the mic and describe the meeting in your own words, in any language. Edit the text afterwards if you like. 3. Done — MeetPA reads the card, researches the company live on the web, and writes the record. NOT ANOTHER SCANNER Other apps scan a card and file it. MeetPA understands the meeting. When you set up, you brief MeetPA the way you would brief a new assistant: what your company does and what you want out of meetings. Every record is then written for your business. "Why they matter" is about you and them — not a generic company summary. BUILT FOR A SHOW FLOOR Card reading and QR scanning run on the iPhone itself, so a bad hall connection does not stop you. No signal at all? Everything is saved and processed the moment you are back online. Nothing is lost between the booth and the hotel. GETS THE DATA OUT A CRM paste block, CSV for Excel, contacts as vCards, or the whole event emailed as one report to your assistant. Follow-up emails are drafted for you, in the language you choose — because the language you took notes in is not always the language the meeting happened in. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your meetings are stored on your iPhone. The server keeps no copy of your photos, your debrief, or the text read off the card — they are used to write your record and then they are gone. Company research runs on EU-hosted infrastructure. There is no account and no password: MeetPA never asks for your name or your email. Settings has a screen called "What leaves your phone" that spells out exactly what is sent, what is kept, and for how long. WHAT IT COSTS Your first 5 meetings are free. After that, meetings run on credits, bought in the app: 25, 100 or 300 at a time. One credit is one meeting — the card read, the company researched, the record written. Credits never expire, and MeetPA tells you before you run out, while you can still do something about it. MeetPA is made by Akaterra AB, Sweden.Read more
