About

HiMS (Hole in My Soul) is a quiet space to check in with yourself. No judgments. No scores. Just gentle awareness. HOW IT WORKS • Log how you're feeling in a few taps — a mood, a few words for it, what's weighing on you. • Run a five-layer check-in (body, safety, belonging, esteem, meaning) to notice which foundations need attention right now. • Get a short, practical practice matched to what you logged: breathing, grounding, a small next step, a reach-out, a moment of reflection. • Play practices guided by voice, with a breathing circle that moves with you. SEE YOUR MONTH, GENTLY • "Showing up" marks the days you checked in. There's no streak to break — each day stands on its own. • A soft trend line shows how your logged days have felt over the last month. BUILT FOR PRIVACY • Everything stays on your device. No account. No server. No analytics. No ads. • Optional Apple Health integration writes mindful minutes and mood, and can read a few Health signals (sleep, heart-rate variability, resting heart rate) on-device only to offer gentle context — never transmitted, never stored outside Apple Health. • Export your data as JSON or a weekly PDF, or delete everything, any time. APPLE WATCH Log a quick mood or run a quick check-in from your wrist. It syncs to your iPhone when they're together. IF THINGS FEEL HEAVY When a check-in shows several layers need attention, HiMS offers support resources alongside the practice. In the US, you can call or text 988 any time. HiMS is a self-care and awareness tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace professional care. Supported by The Northeast Manufacturing & Quality Leadership Foundation Inc.Read more
