About

Most gym apps give you a place to write things down. GymLog gives you a coach — one that talks, listens, decides, and takes responsibility for your plan. Building your plan is free: a few questions and a thirty-second strength check, and you see your starting weight on every lift, your calorie and protein targets, and your first week of training. Using GymLog after that takes GymLog Pro, an auto-renewing subscription offered monthly or yearly, and new subscribers start with a free trial. Your own price and trial are shown in the app before you confirm anything. TALK TO IT MID-SET Start a session and just speak. "Got eight at a hundred" — logged, hands never touch the phone. Ask what's next, why a lift is programmed, whether to add weight. It answers out loud, at your pace, and keeps listening while you switch screens or apps. IN YOUR LANGUAGE English, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Bengali, Punjabi, Gujarati, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Italian, Arabic, Russian, Turkish, Indonesian, Vietnamese, Thai, Japanese, Korean, Chinese. Gym numbers stay in English the way real gym floors talk. Switch any time by asking. A PLAN THAT PUSHES BACK Your program is built from your equipment, your injuries, your schedule and your measured strength — then it keeps deciding: earned jumps, 10% resets when a lift stalls three sessions, a moved session when your week slips, calorie targets recalibrated when two weeks of weigh-ins disagree with the forecast. Every decision is announced, never silent. A COACH THAT REPORTS TO YOU Sunday evening it grades its own week: sessions kept, the strength promise versus your actual logged numbers, what it's changing. Evening reminders carry the exact bar to load — prescriptions, never guilt. FUEL FROM YOUR KITCHEN Meal plans in your cuisine — Indian to Mediterranean — with protein targets from the research, intermittent-fasting windows if you use one, and a calorie plate shared by every screen. YOUR WHOLE LOG, BY DAY Every session, meal and weigh-in in one history: the sets you lifted, the dishes you logged, what you burned. Tap a day and see exactly what happened. BUILT FOR REAL LIFTERS Bodyweight work counts (push-ups have load too). Plate math, warm-up ladders, rest timers, estimated 1RM tracking, Apple Health recovery signals. Your training data stays on your device. GymLog Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, available monthly or yearly. The price in your currency, and any free trial you are eligible for, are shown before you confirm. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel any time in your Apple ID settings. Your whole log, by day. A new History screen shows every session, meal and weigh-in together — the sets you lifted, the dishes you logged, what you burned. Fuel now keeps each dish you log, with the time and a delete button, so a wrong tap or a misheard word is one tap to fix. Tell the coach "scratch that" and it removes the last food it logged. Today shows what you burned. Progress has something to show from your very first session: this week's sets and volume, every lift you train with its estimated 1RM, your recent sessions, and how you have been eating this week. Fixed: extra coach minu…
