About

If other fitness apps feel like too much, this one was made for you. No leaderboards, no burpees, no need to touch your toes. A session goes like this: 1. Pick a moment, not a workout. Morning Wake-Up before coffee. Desk Reset between meetings. Floor Restore or Calm Breath for the end of the day. Choose a short routine for a morning, desk break, or evening. 2. Follow the pictures. Every movement has its own clear illustration, written directions, an easier option, and a note on where you should feel it. 3. Let the timer think for you. Rests are built in, it tells you when to switch sides, and optional spoken cues help you follow along without watching every step. 4. Stay off the floor if today is not a floor day. There are routines that never leave the chair, and easier options for every single movement. 5. Watch the ring fill. A weekly goal ring, a session history, and a streak that encourages instead of guilt-tripping. One optional daily reminder. A widget with your streak and minutes. Inside: guided routines including Neck and Shoulders, Wrist and Desk Relief, Hip Reset, Travel Unwind and a full Chair Session. Core routines and a multi-week plan are free. A large movement library and a builder let you make a routine that fits your body and the time you actually have. Your sessions and settings stay on your phone. Export a backup whenever you like. Optional encrypted sync is off until you turn it on. No ads, and your data is not sold. Premium adds the remaining routines, the full guided movement library, more plans, the custom routine builder and premium themes, at $9.99 a month or $39.99 a year with a 7-day free trial on the yearly plan. Gentle Range is a general wellness app, not medical care, physical therapy, diagnosis or rehabilitation. Move only in a range that feels comfortable and stop for pain, numbness, dizziness, chest pain or unusual shortness of breath. If you have an injury, a condition, recent surgery, are pregnant, or have balance concerns, check with a qualified clinician first.
