About

Onda turns where you are in your cycle into a plan for the day: one movement suggestion, one food suggestion, and a short "why now" that explains the reasoning. It is not a cycle tracker. It sits alongside the one you already use. HOW IT WORKS Tell Onda when your last period started and roughly how long your cycles run. Then say how you like to move, what equipment you have, and anything you do not eat, so you never get a suggestion you cannot use. That is the setup. After that it asks for two taps a cycle. You mark when your period starts and when it ends, and that keeps the forecast calibrated. Nothing daily is required, and there is nowhere in the app to type a symptom. On hormonal birth control that stops your cycle? Onda works differently for you: a steady plan rather than a phase plan, with the same daily suggestions and the same evening check-in. EVERY DAY A movement suggestion matched to the phase you are in, at an intensity that fits it A food suggestion for the same phase A plain-language "why now" on both PLAN THE MONTH See the weeks ahead as an energy outlook. Add a date that matters — a race, a first date, a day you have to be at your best — and Onda shows which phase it falls in, so you can plan around it instead of being caught out. AN OPTIONAL EVENING CHECK-IN This is the part that makes tomorrow different. Tap how the day went — slept badly, low energy, sore from training — and the next morning's movement responds: shorter, easier, or held where it was. It is a short list of options, never a text box, kept for seven days and then deleted. Skip it as often as you like. Tomorrow's plan arrives either way, built on the phase you are in. YOUR CYCLE STAYS ON YOUR PHONE The date you enter, the lengths worked out from it, the phase you are in and your daily plan are stored on your device and are not uploaded. Nothing about your cycle is sold, and no advertising network or data broker receives anything. If you turn reminders on, the reminder text is sent so it can be delivered, and it can name the phase you are entering.
