VendBot SA

VendBot puts your vending machines in your pocket. For clients of Innovative Vending Solutions (Pty) Ltd t/a VendBot, this app gives you a live view of your machines — the same trusted data as the VendBot web portal: • Sales dashboard — revenue and transactions across your machines, filterable by machine and date range • Transactions — every sale as it happened, with outcome and payment reference, exportable as a CSV straight from your phone • Product mapping — see and manage what's loaded in every slot of every machine • Products & photos — maintain your product catalogue and add product photos with your camera • Restock view — for restocking staff, a focused screen with only what they need Built on the VendBot principle that your portal must equal reality: figures come straight from your machines' transactions — never from a cache. If you're offline, the app tells you plainly and shows a "data as of" time instead of numbers that might be stale. VendBot is a business tool for VendBot clients. Accounts are set up by our team — contact support@vendbot.co.za to get started.
