About
Odin Lost & Found is the staff application for airport and transit lost-property teams. It is used by agents working a counter at a specific station under a licensed operator account. It is not a consumer app and there is no public sign-up — access is provisioned by your station's administrator. WHAT AGENTS DO WITH IT Log a found item in seconds. Photograph the item, let the scan flow suggest a category, and record where it was found and where it is being stored. Take a lost-item report at the counter. Capture what the passenger lost, how to reach them, and how they would like it back. Review matches. Odin scores found items against open lost reports and puts the likely pairs in front of an agent, who confirms or rejects each one. A person always decides. Record the handover. Collected in person, released to an authorised proxy, or shipped back — each with the sign-off and paperwork the station is required to keep. Track high-value property. Cash, documents and valuables move through a vault with its own sign-in and sign-out. Manage shipments. Create a shipment back to an owner, follow it to delivery, and keep the messages that go with it on the same record. See the day. Each station's own activity, inventory and outstanding work, on one screen. BUILT FOR THE COUNTER Odin works the way a lost-and-found desk works: one item at a time, in a hurry, often one-handed. Barcode and QR scanning, voice search, and a camera flow that fills in most of an entry before an agent types anything. Odin is operated by Hallmark Aviation Services and is in use at airports across the United States.Read more
