About

You finally lie down, and your brain starts going: tomorrow's list, today's replay, one more scroll to avoid both. My Evening is a five-minute bedtime routine that gives the day an ending, so you go to bed finished, not just tired. You do it lying down, mostly by talking, and the app keeps every evening, with the people in it. SEE WHO HOLDS YOU UP At night your head replays what went wrong, and the good parts of the day are the first to go. So the evening starts with who you're thankful for, said the way you'd tell a friend: "Emily, for handling dinner so I could sit for a minute." My Evening notices who you mean, asks once about a new name, and keeps every thank-you with that person. A note on your phone can hold a gratitude list. This keeps track for you. After a few weeks, open My People and you'll see who has been there for you, and for what. GET TOMORROW OUT OF YOUR HEAD Bed is where tomorrow shows up: the report, the dentist, the text you still owe your mom. Say all of it once, in any order, then pick the one to three things that matter most. In the morning your plan is waiting on the app's first screen, under Today's focus, with those few on top. Only tomorrow, so nothing piles up. It's on the list now, not on you. Then one slow minute of guided breathing, and you're done for the night. THE WEEKS STOP BLURRING TOGETHER By Friday, you can't say what Tuesday held. Every evening stays in History, on its date: tap a day to see who you were grateful for and what you planned. My Numbers counts your evenings, gratitudes and plans. IT ASKS FOR LESS THAN YOU HAVE LEFT If journaling at night has never lasted, there's no page to fill here. Too tired to type? Just talk, and it's written down for you. Typing is always one tap away. Miss a night, and the app just says "Welcome back." Nothing is waiting to catch up on. My Evening is a wellness tool, not a medical device. SUBSCRIPTION A subscription is required for the evening rituals. Monthly and annual plans include the same access, and the annual plan starts with a free trial for eligible new subscribers. The app shows the price and the trial terms before you confirm. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Plans renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings. Cancel a free trial at least 24 hours before it ends to avoid a charge. Everything you've written stays readable if your subscription ends. For adults 18+. In English, Brazilian Portuguese, German, Polish, Spanish and Ukrainian. Versions

  1. Version 1.2First seen · 6 Oct 2026

    • My Evening is now available in Romanian. • Clearer messages when you subscribe. If a purchase doesn't go through, the message now points you to what to check, like the payment method in your Apple Account. • Fixed a bug where some buttons only responded to a tap right on their text. Now the whole button works.
