About
Lift is a training log for strength training — fast to fill in, honest about the numbers, and no account needed. LOG SETS WITHOUT TYPING Big minus and plus buttons for reps, weight and time. “Last time” fills in your previous values with one tap, and if you need a value in between, just tap the number. Exercises with variations (flat and incline, for example), different equipment and timed exercises are all covered. BEAT TODAY For every exercise, Lift shows a target for today, derived from your last complete workout — with one line explaining why. Hit it and the target moves on; miss it several times and Lift eases it back. YOUR ORDER The exercise picker learns what you usually start with and what comes next. “Same as last time” adds the exercises from your last workout with one tap. Plans with target sets are there too. TIMERS The rest timer starts by itself after every set. Timed exercises get their own timer that visibly keeps counting once you reach the target. STATS THAT COMPARE FAIRLY Records for weight, reps and volume — volume is only compared between workouts with the same number of sets. Plus estimated 1-rep max (labelled as an estimate), volume per week and the progress of every exercise. PLATE CALCULATOR Shows which plates go on each side of the bar. YOUR DATA IS YOURS No account, no sign-in, no ads, no tracking. Everything stays on your iPhone. Lift backs up automatically to the Files app and, if you like, to your own iCloud Drive as well; export and import work at any time. GOOD TO KNOW Weights are in kilograms. Lift is available in English and German. Lift does not replace professional training or medical advice. Send feedback right from the app — replies show up there.Read more
