About

A workout log that keeps up with you between sets. Gym is for logging strength training while you're actually training. Dense set rows, your last-time numbers right where you need them, and a rest timer that starts itself — so the logging stays out of the way of the lifting. WHAT YOU GET • Set-by-set logging: weight, reps, and optional RPE • Last-time hints next to every exercise, so you know the number to beat • Automatic personal-record detection, with a badge when you hit one • A rest timer that starts when you finish a set, with a Live Activity on the Lock Screen • An exercise catalogue with instructions and movement illustrations • Volume tracked per muscle group, warm-ups excluded • Routines: save a session and start it again with one tap • Strength progression, volume and PR history charts • Push a finished workout to Strava, if you connect it FOUR WAYS TO LOG • By hand — quick-add and full set rows • By chat — "bench 3 by 8 at 135" • By voice — dictate between sets without putting the weights down • By photo — snap a whiteboard or a machine display Chat, voice and photo use AI, and they're off until you turn them on. Nothing is sent anywhere without asking first. ONE ACCOUNT, THREE APPS, PLUS THE WEB One sign-in covers Gym, Food and Planner and a web dashboard you can open in any browser. Free. No ads. No trackers. Export everything or delete your account, permanently, from Settings. Gym is a logging tool, not medical or fitness advice. Stop any exercise that causes pain, and check with a doctor before making decisions about your health.Read more
