About
VWD Tracker is a bleed diary for people living with von Willebrand disease, and for the parents who look after them. Time a bleed the moment it starts, record what you gave and whether it worked, and hand your haematology team a clear picture at the next clinic visit. RECORD A BLEED IN ONE TAP • Start a timer from the Home screen, the Lock Screen, Control Centre or your Apple Watch. • The elapsed time shows as a Live Activity on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island. • Stop it and fill in the details when you're ready: site, severity, cause, pain score, notes and a photo. • Add a bleed after the event, or a bruise with no timing at all. TREATMENTS THAT LINK TO BLEEDS • Log desmopressin, tranexamic acid, VWF concentrate, factor VIII and more, with dose, route, lot number and how effective it was. • Link a treatment to the bleed it was for. A course carries itself onto the next bleed automatically. • Keep a medication inventory with expiry dates and low-stock warnings. • Set reminders for doses, appointments and stock checks. SEE THE PATTERN • Trends charts show bleeds per month, by site, severity and cause, over any date range. • Complete the Paediatric Bleeding Questionnaire and keep the scores over time. • Export a clinician-ready PDF report, or your complete data as JSON or CSV. ONE RECORD FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY • Invite family members by their Apple Account. Everyone sees the same records, and anyone you allow can add to them. • Choose who can edit and who can only view, and change it any time. • Track more than one person, each with their own history. EMERGENCY INFO • A medical-ID summary to show a clinician: condition, blood type, baseline VWF, emergency notes and your haematology contact, with one-tap calling. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Your records stay on your devices and in your own iCloud account. There are no company servers, no analytics and no advertising. • Sensitive fields are encrypted in iCloud. Lock the app with Face ID, Touch ID or a passcode. • Family sharing uses Apple's iCloud sharing between your own accounts. APPLE WATCH • Start and stop a bleed timer from your wrist, with complications that show the running time on your watch face. SUBSCRIPTION Viewing your records, family sharing and data export are always free. Adding and editing records is included in a free first month, then a small yearly subscription that covers development and running costs. One subscription covers your whole family through Apple's Family Sharing. VWD Tracker is a personal record-keeping aid. It is not a medical device and does not replace advice from your haematology team.
