Outside contractors - Assign a job to a contractor company. They get a text and email link to accept or decline and to work the job with no app: On my way, Arrived, Start, Complete. - Contractor response badges on the dispatch board and in job detail. Declined jobs are flagged for reassignment. - Per-job switch for automated customer updates (on-my-way texts, reminders, live tracking). - Labor-only pay split per contractor (50/50, 60/40, 70/30 or custom) with a payouts ledger on the web.
