Stozn

Stozn is team chat your organisation actually owns. It runs on Matrix, an open messaging protocol, so your conversations live on a server you choose — one we host, a public one, or one you run yourself in whatever jurisdiction your legal team wants. Nobody holds your message history but the server you picked, and moving away is a DNS change rather than a migration project. Built for teams • Channels, private rooms, direct messages, threads, replies and reactions • File and image sharing, with search across your conversations • Voice messages and photos taken straight from the camera • Push notifications that show the sender and the real message • Multiple accounts side by side, each staying signed in • iPhone and iPad from one workspace Built for people who care where their data sits • End-to-end encryption, device verification and encrypted key backup • In encrypted rooms your own server stores ciphertext it cannot read • App Lock with Face ID, security keys, and per-conversation encryption • Dictation and text-to-speech run on your device, not in a cloud • No advertising, no tracking SDKs, no third-party analytics in the app Built for developers Keyboard-first navigation and the information density you want when chat sits beside your editor all day. Written in Swift 6 against an open protocol, so there is no proprietary client to reverse-engineer and no vendor lock-in. Getting started Sign in to an existing Matrix account, or create one on any homeserver that accepts sign-ups. Chat and encryption need no account with us. Stozn accounts add more Organisations on the Stozn service can add task management, a document vault, mail and calendar on top of chat. Everything above works without one; the app always shows which kind of account you have and never hides the difference. Your conversations belong to you and to the server you chose. Stozn is open about which is which.
