About
RunWindow taps you on the wrist when you drift outside the window you set — so you can run by feel, without looking at your watch. Pick a target: a heart-rate range, or a pace range. Set the floor and the ceiling with the Digital Crown, press Start, and drop your arm. THREE CUES, NOTHING ELSE • Fast taps, nonstop — speed up • Slow taps, nonstop — ease off • One tap — you're back in range The cue tells you what to do, never which number moved. A quieter reminder repeats every thirty seconds if you stay out. Hold a steady effort right on the edge of your window and RunWindow stays silent — it waits for a real drift, not a wobble. WHEN YOU DO GLANCE One number, one instrument, one word. Choose the instrument you read fastest — a tick ring, a tuner, or a machined dial — by swiping up or down; too hard always lights the right side, too easy the left, so direction reads without colour. Swipe once more for a trend of the run so far, with your window drawn across it. Designed for a one-second look at full stride, in daylight, and for Always-On. BUILT FOR TRAINING, NOT TRACKING • Heart rate streams live from the watch during the workout • Pace comes from GPS, smoothed so a single bad fix can't buzz you • Miles or kilometres • Every run is saved to Apple Health as a workout • No account, no phone app, no data leaves your watch RunWindow runs on Apple Watch only. It needs Health access for heart rate and Location access for pace.Read more

THREE CUES, NOTHING ELSE
• Fast taps, nonstop — speed up
• Slow taps, nonstop — ease off
• One tap — you're back in range
The cue tells you what to do, never which number moved. A quieter reminder repeats every thirty seconds if you stay out. Hold a steady effort right on the edge of your window and RunWindow stays silent — it waits for a real drift, not a wobble.
WHEN YOU DO GLANCE
One number, one instrument, one word.
BUILT FOR TRAINING, NOT TRACKING
• Heart rate streams live from the watch during the workout
• Pace comes from GPS, smoothed so a single bad fix can't buzz you
• Miles or kilometres
• Every run is saved to Apple Health as a workout
• No account, no phone app, no data leaves your watch
RunWindow runs on Apple Watch only. It needs Health access for heart rate and Location access for pace.
