Aesmedix 2

Aesmedix version 2 is a multi-user, cloud-based version of our electronic dossier for the management of aesthetic patients. It is developed for plastic surgeons, dermatologists and, aesthetic physicians. It's the successor platform to the original Aesmedix app. Aesmedix2 allows import of all Aesmedix legacy database. Aesmedix 2 is designed for practices migrating from the legacy Aesmedix app to a new multi-user, cloud, and security-focused architecture. It is the active successor platform for new and existing practices. The legacy Aesmedix app remains temporarily available in the App Store only so existing clinics can continue accessing and safely migrating historical medical records to Aesmedix 2. New practices should use Aesmedix 2. You can easily add patients, referrers, products, and consults. For each consult, you can use Apple Pencil or your finger to indicate exactly how you treated the patient on multiple parts of the body, including the face, head, neck, and thighs. You can also add pictures taken before and after treatment. Patients can digitally sign one or more informed consents or other documents, which are then stored in the dossier. You can also import your own PDF documents into the patient record. Aesmedix 2 can generate PDF reports for patients, consults, referrers, products, and turnover, helping to simplify administration and reporting inside the practice. All data is securely stored in the cloud for backup, collaboration, and shared access within one practice. Multiple colleagues can work in the same patient database, and detailed audit logging records which user performed which changes. The new cloud architecture is built on EU-based infrastructure and is designed for GDPR-conscious data handling, with strong emphasis on healthcare-oriented security and audit requirements in Europe. With an optional Belgian eID card reader, Aesmedix 2 can also read name, birth date, address, and picture from Belgian electronic identity cards.
