Saras Reformer is an eight-bed reformer pilates studio opening in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire. This is the studio's own app: where you join the list now, and where you book your bed when we open. Leamington Spa — address announced when the lease is signed. BEFORE WE OPEN The studio has not opened yet, so there is no timetable in the app today. Open the app, add your name and email, and you are on the list — a few emails before we open, then the timetable appears here on opening day. Join the list for priority booking before we open. You can buy ahead too: Intro 3, single classes, 5-packs, 10-packs and gift cards. Memberships start when the studio opens. WHEN WE OPEN - Three weeks of classes in the app, one tap to a bed - Eight beds, so a maximum of eight people a class - Fifty minutes, reformer only - Four levels: Beginner, All Levels, Intermediate and Advanced - Filter by day and by level, and see how many beds are left - Cancel free up to 8 hours before and the credit goes back to your wallet - Join the waitlist on a full class; when a bed opens you get 15 minutes to claim it - Add your class to the calendar on your phone - Reminders if you want them: a notification when you book, when a bed opens for you, and two hours before class WHAT IT COSTS - Intro 3 — three classes for £33, grip socks included. New clients, once - Single class — £24 - 5-pack — £105, use within 8 weeks - 10-pack — £195, use within 12 weeks - Membership — 4 a month £76, 8 a month £144, 12 a month £198 - Daytime membership — £120 a month, 8 classes, weekdays 09:30 to 15:00 - Gift cards — £25 to £250 All prices include VAT. No long contract on memberships: eight weeks minimum, then rolling monthly, and you can pause once every six months. Everything sold in the app is an in-person class at the studio, or credit towards one — there is no digital content to unlock. Pay by card in the app, receipts by email. YOUR ACCOUNT Log in with your email address and a six-digit code, so there is no password to remember. Before your first class you sign a short health declaration in the app, so your trainer knows what your body is working with; you need to be 18 or over. From the More tab you can edit your name, pause or cancel a membership, turn reminders off, and delete your account. FIRST TIME ON A REFORMER Beginners are the point, not the exception. Small classes, proper coaching — your trainer sets the springs and fixes your form. Grip socks are required, and a pair is included with Intro 3. The app is for customers of Saras Reformer.
